I stayed at the President Villa for three nights. The room was quite small but I knew that when I booked, and it was perfect for a solo traveler. Furnishings are simple and have a little wear and tear but everything was very clean, including the bathroom. Every staff member I came in contact with was lovely, and the included breakfast buffet was convenient for a quick bite before heading out. The hotel is right on Collins so it's really convenient if you're planning to walk places, That said, there is a lot of traffic/people noise at pretty much all hours, so if you're after a quiet, secluded getaway or have troubles sleeping with background noise this might not be the place. I had a great stay though, and the distance to the beach is unbeatable.

Stayed here on our way back from the Friendship Cruise and so happy we did! Room was nice and clean, modern, came with Wifi and complimentary drinks/ breakfast. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and abundant amenities. There's a roof top pool that we didn't get the chance to use, but it's a short walk to the beach with an amazing view! We will definitely be staying here any time we're in town! There's so much to do on this beautiful little slice of land; food options galore! Great prices! Very happy with our stay! The hotel was clean and free breakfast was an added perk that kept us full all day. Henry was also very accommodating and gave us late check out, beach towels, and access to the pool, as we flew out later. Overall a great experience!

Our room was clean but nothing like the photos. We only stayed one night but it did the job. It’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever been to but it’s not the greatest either. I likely won’t return. However, it is not a bad stay for the price. You do also get a complimentary drink at check in.

Rooms were better than I thought they would be. Room 211 had a weird smell but I eventually got used to it. LOL. They were clean. ||So many little hidden costs in South Beach. Resort fees collected upon check in. $150 per room deposit. Hope …

I typically do not leave reviews for vacation destination hotels. I am making an exception for the President Villa Miami. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Henry, who was as kind and efficient. We had booked the penthouse suite which was not yet cleaned. Henry took care of our luggage and gave us a few beach towels. We walked one block to the famous South Miami Beach and enjoyed an afternoon of sun. We returned to find the room exceptional in cleanliness, large modern bathroom, comfortable king bed, with a huge television and fantastic outdoor patio overlooking Collins Avenue. We even saw a rainbow looking West. The location is right in the heart of SB and I highly recommend it. In the morning, I witnessed cleaning staff professionally dressed, attending to cleaning the glass doors, elevators and all common spaces. Value for dollar spent is excellent. I strongly recommend for a local non-resort hotel.

Great value on Miami Beach! How can you go wrong with welcome drinks and free breakfast? The value proposition is huge at this property. Decent rooftop pool with views of Miami Beach. Staff was pleasant and I was upgraded to penthouse room upon check-in (based on their availability). I will return for a night, but am not sure if it’s comfortable for longer than a night or two.

Nice place but the room I was staying was located just next to the elevator machine room and it was super noisy. The rooftop pool is good but there is no bar. The lobby bar opens at 4pm so mind to bring your own food and drings. Breakfast are very good.

It's good for the price the room is decent. It was a little hard for us to find the entrance. The breakfast needs an upgrade. It wasn't that good. Other than that, it's a decent place, but it's not the best place to take your kids because everyone there smokes and smells like weed.
